A focused strategy sprint if you need clarity on direction, priorities, and tradeoffs before investing in time and resources for execution.

This is strategic thinking and decision support, not execution. The outcome is clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding of where to invest energy next.

Growth Systems Intensive

2–3 weeks · $4,000–$6,000

A structured diagnosis of your current go-to-market and commercial systems and operations and how they actually function across marketing, sales, and customer operations.

This shows what’s broken, why it’s happening, and what needs to change, but does not design the full future-state system.

Strategy + Systems Intensive Package

4–5 weeks · $6,500–$9,500

A combined engagement for teams who need both direction and diagnosis.

This is ideal if:

  • You’re unsure where your challenges are
  • You’re in a new phase, pivot, or transition
  • You want decisions grounded in real operational reality

This package ensures your strategy and systems are grounded and that you’re not fixing the wrong problems.

Systems Architecture Sprint

4–6 weeks · $7,500–$12,000

A deep design engagement where I define exactly how your future-state system should work.

Includes:

  • Future-state go-to-market system diagrams
  • Tool and data-flow architecture
  • SOP library (launches, approvals, reporting, subscriptions, CRM handoffs)
  • Dashboard frameworks and KPI definitions
  • Implementation-ready documentation for internal teams or agencies

This is design and documentation, not execution. My role is to define the system, not to build or manage it.

Implementation Oversight Window (Optional Add-On)

30 or 60 days · $1,500–$4,000

A short, structured period to ensure your team implements the system correctly.

Format:

  • Asynchronous-first (email + shared docs)
  • 3 total calls: kickoff, midpoint, close-out (30–60 minutes each)

Includes:

  • Review of implemented changes
  • Written feedback and corrections
  • Gap and risk identification
  • Roadmap refinement as needed
