I’m Sierra, an autistic, creative thinker whose perspective is shaped by both a scientific and creative way of seeing the world. My autism is my superpower. I notice patterns, inconsistencies, and structural inefficiencies quickly, and I naturally zoom out to understand how complex systems function as a whole.

I hold a BS in Biology and an MBA in Marketing, with experience working in and alongside scientific, academic, and biotech environments, which allows me to comfortably navigate technical subject matter, regulated industries, and data-driven decision making.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across growth, digital marketing, and commercial operations in biotech, health-focused, and consumer good organizations, acting as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and leadership clarity. That combined scientific and creative lens is what informs my work today as an independent consultant and advisor.

Outside of my professional work, I prioritize quiet routines, long walks with my dog Luna, and hands-on creative time through my studio brand, Stitched & Steeped, where I work with crafts and herbal goods as a grounding counterbalance to analytical work.
